We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is passionate about helping customers find the right coverage while building lasting relationships. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Not required to apply but candidate must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license prior to start date.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience is required.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills to explain coverage options, cross-sell policies, and close deals
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process to maximize client satisfaction and retention
  • Familiarity with Agency Zoom, AMS 360, and PL Rater is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and committed to continuous learning
  • Willingness to work both in the agency office and on-site at an auto dealership
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in assessing their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional policies based on client needs and risk assessments
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to discuss potential policy upgrades and complementary coverage
  • Prepare quotes, process applications, and issue policies efficiently
  • Provide ongoing communication about policy changes, renewals, and updates to clients
