Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with policy issuance, renewals, and changes.
Process claims and provide support to clients throughout the claims process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications:
Required:
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Collect premium payments and maintain accurate records.

Adhere to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Stay up-to-date on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
Proactively identify and address client needs.
Seek opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services.
By effectively executing these responsibilities, the Insurance Sales and Service Representative will contribute to the growth and success of the agency. Sales and Marketing: Develop and present insurance quotes to potential clients.
Close sales and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Prospect for new business through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
