Insurance Marketing Analyst


Job Overview

Symphony Risk Solutions is actively seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our growing and dynamic insurance brokerage firm in our Dallas, TX office.

 

The Analyst will work alongside the Director of Marketing and other business leaders to support the various corporate Marketing functions and responsibilities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  •  Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, formulas and building meaningful spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in Power Point – ability to create new and innovative slide decks.
  • Database familiarity and proficiency a PLUS
  • Great attention to detail
  • Prior Insurance Industry experience a PLUS
  • AMS 360/RiskMatch experience a PLUS
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Obtain P & C license within first year of hire

 

Physical Demands:

 

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit or stand at a desk. Must be able to physically operate desktop computers, multiple monitors, proprietary software, phones, and common office equipment. Occasional bending, reaching, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs.) is required. The ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate by telephone and in person is important to fulfilling the essential functions of the job.

 

Work Environment:

 

This position is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in our Dallas, TX office and 2 days remote, after applicable training is complete. Occasionally working after hours may be required in order to meet the demands and deadlines associated with the position. The work environment involves the use of typical office equipment such as computer, printer, telephone, etc. in a controlled climate.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Distribute marketing information from our carriers/markets to our colleagues
  • Review, amend and complete market applications and contracts
  • Complete legal and licensing requests
  • Create marketing reports using AMS 360 and RiskMatch
  • Support cross collaboration with business units regarding market/product access as well as revenue optimization
  • Create, manage and update the marketing library
  • Analyze marketing data for trends, market changes and revenue optimization
