Symphony Risk Solutions, LLC is seeking a dynamic Insurance Account Analyst to work alongside our Account Managers and Account Executives within Symphony Healthcare Services. The ideal applicant will have a current commercial insurance license and have experience and a strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, terms, claims, and processes.

This is a hybrid position. Must be able to work at least 3 days a week in our Los Angeles office.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $67,750.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-4 years working in an Insurance Brokerage setting.
• Current Insurance License
• Solid understanding of insurance products and services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, partners, and insurers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prioritize service to clients and colleagues by being honest, timely, and accurate. 
• Process cancellations and reinstatements.
• Process requests for certificates of insurance and promptly return them to the client.
• Prepare and send client invoices as well as follow upon outstanding invoices.
• Utilize systems capabilities to document meeting notes and telephone conversations with clients.
• Assist in resolving basic client or underwriting issues.
• Support adoption of practices to improve quality and consistency in the client experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with producers, clients, insurers, and partners.
• Invoice policies and premium finance agreements.
• Receive, report, and follow up on claims.
• Manage new and renewal quote process.
