Job Overview

The ideal candidate will provide accounting and general administrative support on our growing team.
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
- BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Advanced course work in bookkeeping and accounting
- 2 years’ finance and accounting experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications especially Word and Excel.
- Must value operating in a collaborative work environment.
- Willingness to assist internal and external customers with any concerns.
- NetSuite is a Plus.
Responsibilities
- General administrative duties such as printing to digital files, scanning, faxing, and filing.
- Process vendor invoices in NetSuite for payments. Make sure bills are paid in an efficient and timely manner.
- Provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all.
- Data entry in management system.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
