• Property & Casualty License Required.
• 3+ years insurance customer service experience required. 
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 
• A team player who is goal oriented. 
• Professional communication skills.
• Great Attitude!

• Create quotes, shop renewals
• Issue insurance documentation, update client information and initiate policy changes
• Build client relationships to maintain retention
• Educate and advise clients
• Assist with client claims
• Help with client audits
• Issue certificates of insurance
• Assist Sr. Commercial Account Manager with DocuSign, SL2's, gathering documents, misc client tasks.
