Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Licensing: Must possess a valid Property & Casualty License in any state.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an insurance sales or management role, preferably within the Allstate family.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving sales targets and client service metrics.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in both written and verbal communication.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote communication tools.
