Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess a valid Property & Casualty License in any state.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an insurance sales or management role, preferably within the Allstate family.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving sales targets and client service metrics.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in both written and verbal communication.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.

Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely, with the ability to manage time effectively and maintain productivity without direct supervision.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote communication tools.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Oversee and guide the service and sales teams, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.

Client Relations: Maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to meet the needs of clients in the insurance sector.

Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Training & Development: Lead training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and performance of the team.

Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
