We pride ourselves on our education and collaboration including daily meetings, sales training, one on one coaching and role play. Although we are remote, our team loves to meet virtually and celebrate each other's victories as well as provide support throughout the day via our team Zoom chats. We also have a great incentive program to help motivate everyone to reach their goals. Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License Required.
  • Previous Allstate Experience preferred.
  • Proven Track Record of Property/Casualty Sales.
  • A team player who is goal-oriented with an outgoing personality.
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You must be coachable and willing to be trained.
  • Must be computer literate and tech savvy.
  • Must adhere to all agency and insurance compliance.
Responsibilities
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, you’ll be building clientele via cold-calling, warm leads, and obtaining referrals.
  • Using your excellent problem-solving skills and negotiation skills, you’ll be overcoming objections, and winning back former clients.
  • Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to meet your individual sales goals set with management.
  • With your keen attention to detail, you’ll be closing sales.
