Requirements

Willing to get licensed in Fire and Casualty & Life and Health

Passionate, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Coachable attitude and willingness to learn

Sales or client-facing experience preferred but not required

Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (assistance provided)

Spanish bilingual

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients while developing your sales and business skills in a high-performance agency environment. You’ll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into leadership or agency ownership pathways.
