Salary Range: $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per year

Licensing Assistance
Licensing: Possess an active insurance license in Oregon or the ability to obtain one. If you have not already obtained a license, we will help you obtain it within your 90-day probationary period.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and provide solutions effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all customer interactions and documentation.

Client Assistance: Be the main contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive support.
Inbound Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, offering solutions and guidance.
