Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Insurance Experience: Previous experience in Property and Casualty insurance sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
Licensing: Must have a valid Florida Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex insurance concepts.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and secure beneficial terms for clients.
Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively drive business growth.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other communication tools for client management and outreach.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and offering personalized advice.
Outside Sales: Actively prospect and generate leads to expand our client base and increase sales.
Policies and Coverage: Educate clients on various insurance policies and coverage options, recommending appropriate plans based on their specific needs.
Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
Networking: Attend industry events and actively participate in networking opportunities to expand professional connections and increase business opportunities.
