Were looking for a Telemarketer Performance Coach to lead, train, and motivate our SDR team to hit elite-level performance standards.

You'll be the driving force behind our telemarketing success coaching agents in real time, reinforcing our process, and building a culture where urgency and excellence are the norm.

Base Salary: $50,000+ annually depending on experience

Total Annual Compensation Potential with Bonus Opportunities of $72,000-$130,000+

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven record of training and managing outbound telemarketing teams.
  • Experience improving measurable call metrics not theory, but results.
  • High energy, contagious enthusiasm, and a relentless drive to win.
  • Strong leadership presence respected by peers, trusted by reps.
  • Clear communication, firm accountability, and a team-first mindset.
  • Insurance experience preferred, but not required for proven coaches.

Responsibilities

Your Mission

  • Train new SDRs to follow Summits process precisely and confidently.
  • Coach live calls and provide immediate, constructive feedback.
  • Hold agents accountable to daily standards and performance metrics.
  • Build morale, energy, and a winning team environment every day.
  • Assist with recruiting high-energy, high-urgency talent aligned with Summits standards.
  • Partner with leadership to continuously improve training materials and conversion performance.

Performance Expectations

  • You'll be directly responsible for measurable, trackable results:
  • Process adherence: 100% compliance with Summits proven calling system.
  • Activity: Agents consistently meeting call and contact benchmarks.
  • Results: Team average of 1.5+ transfers per hour per agent and 60%+ contact-to-transfer rate.
