We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to learn and grow. We value potential and talent, offering a comprehensive training program for those new to the industry. This position includes a competitive salary with additional commission and bonus opportunities.

Base Salary: $42,000 annually

Total Annual Compensation Potential with Commission and Bonus Opportunities of $72,000-$130,000+

License Requirement After 90 Days

Requirements
  • No previous experience required!
  • Must be coachable and willing to get your Colorado Property and Casualty License.
  • License Reimbursement paid after 90 days of obtaining licnse.
  • Collaborative and supportive team members who foster a positive work environment
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Polite, courteous, and professional phone manner.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Actively seek referrals and expand professional networks.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients and professional relationships.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Position begins as a telemarketer while completing license and undergoing training (hourly position, transitioning to salary once attaining sales role)
