As an Insurance Retention Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships by performing renewal reviews, introducing additional lines of protection, and advising customers on potential risks. This position offers a base salary of $45,000 to $50,000 plus commission and bonus opportunities, with a year-end potential progressing upwards to $96,000. • Conduct renewal reviews to ensure clients’ coverage continues to meet their needs

• Assist customers with inspection issues to maintain policy compliance
• Collaborate with our life insurance specialist to develop life insurance appointments
