We’re looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee afternoon and evening operations starting at 1 PM. You’ll lead the team, ensure smooth service, manage inventory, and handle customer relations. Working closely with our 86-year-old founder and his son, you’ll play a key role in upholding our legacy while driving improvements. With pay ranging from $20 - $25 per hour and discounted meals, this role offers growth opportunities into higher management for motivated individuals.

Requirements
  • Prior restaurant management experience, including financial oversight.
  • Proven leadership skills with strong team management experience.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable working closely with family ownership in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to handle front- and back-of-house duties, even during staff shortages.
  • Reliability and commitment to working afternoon and evening shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with ownership to enhance operations and service.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain a positive, efficient work environment.
  • Be the main point of contact for customers during evening hours.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth kitchen and front-of-house workflows.
  • Manage inventory and supply orders to keep the restaurant stocked.
  • Handle cash management, sales tracking, and closing duties.
