Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements


Experience: At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Sales Skills: Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into clients.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance-related software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Proactively interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Service Delivery: Manage customer inquiries and service requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

Policy Management: Assist in the preparation and administration of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand clientele and grow the business.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, driving retention and loyalty.

Collaboration: Work closely with the claims and underwriting team to deliver seamless service to clients.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and changes to anticipate client needs and legislative impacts.
