The base salary range is $24,000 - $27,000 annually, along with commission and bonus opportunities.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to meet their insurance needs.
  • Acquire new clients through sales and telemarketing efforts.
  • Provide excellent policy servicing, ensuring clients receive prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the agency's growth and success.
  • Actively engage in self-improvement, including reading and retaining book recommendations from the agency.
