Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Licensing Requirement: Must obtain P&C and L&H in KS and MO within a given timeframe.
