Client Care Coordinator


Job Overview

Client Care Coordinators (CCCs) work with prospective and current agency clients to identify new clients, speak with them in general terms about their insurance and financial services needs, and coordinate appointments between them and the licensed agent.

CCCs generally work part time. They are considered contractors and set their own schedules. We frequently go to our clients, be it in their homes, workplaces, or at local coffee shops based on client needs and client schedules.

Compensation is in the form of bonuses based on appointments set, applications made, and periodic special projects. Part-time CCC’s who set five appointment per month can reasonably expect to earn between $9,000-$20,000 per year.

Bonuses are paid per appointment, submitted application, per issued policy, and per quarterly follow up contact as described in the Steven Hoffman Agency Operations Manual. There is a strong potential to for this position to develop into either a client services role or a licensed representative.

Salary Range: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per year

Requirements

· High school diploma or higher.

· Possess integrity and honesty.

· Evidence of goals set and achieved in some area of work and / or life.

· Strong organizational ability, with skills in time management and priority setting.

· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

· Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.

· Possess an action plan for maintaining personal health and wellness.

· Willingness and ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, both in and out of the workplace.

· On the first day of work, possess a list of at least 10 family members and/or friends to approach for an insurance review

· Excellent computer use skills including familiarity with Word and Excel.

· Possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

· Conduct at least two hours of paid prospecting work per week.

· Schedule and coordinate appointments between the agent and clients, meeting with them when possible. It is expected that at least one initial appointment will be scheduled each week.

· Maintain and submit activity logs using an online-based tracker system.

· Become familiar with and support the community-oriented mission of Haney Farm Bureau.

· Become highly familiar with Farm Bureau life, and property and casualty products.

· File and maintain customer insurance files in a manner that ensures confidential information is secure and treated properly.

· Actively work toward becoming licensed in Property & Casualty within 60 days of hire.
