We’re looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Sales Assistant to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you’ll focus on finalizing insurance quotes for prospects, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $33,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • The preferred candidate would have a Property and Casualty license. Not required to apply.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

  • Assist sales by finalizing quotes and processing policy applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling client inquiries via phone and email
  • Support agents by managing client records and tracking policy requirements
  • Maintain an organized workflow to keep operations running seamlessly
