Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance requirements.

Policy Management: Assist clients in managing their insurance policies, addressing any inquiries they may have.

Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about State Farm's range of products to provide accurate information to clients.

Sales Execution: Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to meet clients' needs.

Claims Assistance: Support clients during the claims process.

Renewal Management: Ensure timely renewals and follow-ups with existing clients.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs.
