Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member


Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping clients navigate their insurance options and needs.

The position offers a competitive introductory hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20, in addition to commission opportunities based on performance, with a robust commission structure designed to reward success. WE also offer the opportunity of up to 8 weeks PTO per year.

Salary Range: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year

Requirements
  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or account management is a plus.
  • Valid state insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) in property and casualty insurance.
  • Valid state insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) in life and health insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.


Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized service.
  • Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products and coverage levels, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions of their policies.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving any issues related to policies, claims, or billing in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Support: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products to existing clients, contributing to overall sales goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and any changes or updates in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and updates to insurance products to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
