As an Insurance Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients and promoting our insurance products. Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance.
• Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to meet their requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
• Keep up with the expected 250-300 outbound dials per day to hand off potential clients to our licensed agents
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
• Schedule appointments for insurance agents to follow up with interested clients.
