Our agency is seeking out hard working, prideful, team players who would like to learn more about the insurance industry. (Physical location is in Eaton Rapids, Michigan).

This is an entry level position working as an unlicensed customer service representative. Ideal candidates will have a successful employment track record in a customer service position.

The ideal candidate will work on obtaining their insurance licenses within 6 months and eventually work into a licensed insurance agent representative with income levels as high as $100K a year.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year

The ideal applicant will possess two-years of successful employment history.

1. Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
2. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
3. Document each customer contact in system.
4. Late Pay Calls.
5. Processing of payments.
6. Front office administrative assistant.
