This position involves everything from answering phones, processing payments, customer service related tasks, managing Alerts, issuing certificates of insurance, completing Acord forms, SL2, and accidents reports. This position also involves reviewing and processing policy renewals in additions to quoting new business through multiple markets.
Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

You must have
· Must be P&C and Life licensed
· Excellent communication/interpersonal and computer skills
· Confident self-starter who works well independently and efficiently
· Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer service
· Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs ensuring that nothing fall through the cracks.
· Must have ability to multi task
· Strong organizational skills
You'll be joining several other team members addressing existing, potential and new business client inquires. You will be proactively reaching out to clients, ensuring all underwriting issues and related paperwork is completed and approved prior to deadlines.
