Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Qualifications
Mandatory Licenses: Active State P&C and Life/Health Insurance License is required.
Investment Licensing: Current FINRA Series 6/7 and/or 63/65 is strongly preferred. Candidates without these licenses must commit to obtaining them within the first 90 days of employment (study materials and support provided).
Mortgage Licensing: Current NMLS License is highly desirable. Candidates without the license must commit to obtaining it within the first 120 days of employment (study materials and sponsorship support provided).
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven, documented success as a multi-line Insurance Sales Producer.
Metrics Driven: A track record of achieving sales quotas, specifically demonstrating success in multi-line policies and/or financial product cross-selling.
Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. The ability to articulate complex concepts (e.g., variable annuities, commercial coverage limits) simply and persuasively.
Key Responsibilities and Impact
Holistic Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth financial reviews with clients to identify and prioritize needs across protection (P&C/Life), wealth accumulation, and lending.
Integrated Cross-Selling: Seamlessly present and close sales on our full product spectrum, driving an exceptionally high client product penetration rate:
P&C Insurance: Personal Lines (Auto, Home, Umbrella) and Commercial Lines (BOP, General Liability, E&O).
Life Insurance: Advanced Term, Whole Life, and IUL strategies for wealth transfer and income protection.
Retirement & Investment Products: Annuities (Fixed, Indexed, Variable), Mutual Funds, and employer-sponsored retirement plans (401(k), SEP-IRA). (Note: FINRA licensing is required or must be obtained within 90 days.)
Mortgage Solutions: Offer a full suite of Residential and Commercial Mortgage Products such as VA, FHA, DSCR, and Construction Loans. (Note: NMLS licensing is required or must be obtained within 120 days to participate in the origination and advising process.)
Proactive Business Development: Utilize agency-provided warm leads generated from mortgage and retirement referrals, while actively developing personal networking and community engagement strategies.
CRM and Technology Proficiency: Master our cutting-edge integrated CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce or Applied Epic) to efficiently manage pipeline, track cross-sell ratios, and ensure a high level of client follow-up and retention ($90%+ target).
