- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable life insurance policies based on their unique needs and financial goals.
- Explain policy details, benefits, and features to help clients make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain a robust client base through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Provide ongoing support and service to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the lifecycle of their policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Texas Life and Health Insurance License.
- Candidates must obtain Series 6 and Series 63 licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in sales or the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
