Salary Range: $46,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Requirements:

• Licensing: Active state insurance license or willingness to obtain required licenses.
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

• Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling policy documentation and client information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as outbound calling, networking events, and referrals.
• Client Consultation: Understand clients' insurance needs and provide comprehensive guidance on available coverage options.
• Quote Preparation: Generate accurate and competitive insurance quotes for clients and explain coverage details.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and increase retention rates.
• Documentation and Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, update policy information, and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters.
