With over 11 years of Farmers experience and a goal-driven culture built on integrity and collaboration, we're growing — and we want driven sales professionals to grow with us.

We're not looking for someone who already knows insurance. We're looking for natural salespeople — people who know how to connect, persuade, and close. If you've got sales experience and a hunger to win, we'll handle the rest. We provide paid licensing assistance, full training, and a clear path to becoming a top producer in personal, life, and business insurance.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Pleasant Valley, MO with a Monday–Friday schedule, evenings and weekends off.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Prospect through cold calling, referrals, networking, and community engagement

• Represent the Stephanie M. Davis Agency with professionalism and integrity
