At Steele Insurance Agency, we’ve built an environment for professionals who take pride in their work and expect the same from the people around them.
Many experienced producers reach a point where their skills outgrow the systems, support, or leadership around them. We’ve intentionally created a platform where strong producers have the independence to perform and the structure to support consistent, long-term growth.
We’re seeking an Experienced Insurance Producer who understands both the art and discipline of this profession — someone who serves clients honestly, builds relationships that last, and wants to be part of a team that values performance, purpose, and professionalism.

Final Thought
This role isn’t about starting over — it’s about continuing forward in the right environment.
If you’re an experienced producer who still takes pride in the craft and wants a place where performance is supported, not constrained, we should talk.
In this role, you will operate as a trusted advisor and steward of your book, with the autonomy to work your market effectively and the support to do it well.
Your responsibilities include:
-Advising clients on tailored personal and commercial insurance solutions
-Building, managing, and retaining a profitable book of business
-Developing accounts through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting
-Collaborating with a high-accountability team focused on long-term results
-Upholding strong documentation, service, and ethical standards
This is a role for producers who care about book quality, not just production volume.
