Our ideal candidate is someone who’s constantly driven to succeed, easily coached, tech-savvy, and resourceful. Our sales professionals are empowered by the ability to make a difference every day, and to make a desirable income. You will be expected to acquire new clients to our insurance agency by selling Auto, Home, Renters Insurance, and other complementary insurance products.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

-Acquire 20 new households or write $35,000 in P&C premium per month.

-Establish two new referral partnerships per month after 90 days.

-Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

-Maintain up to date Continuing Education and knowledge of new products.
