Position Overview:

As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be calling potential clients using leads provided by the agency. You will introduce our insurance services, gather basic qualifying information, and facilitate a call or scheduled meeting with one of our Sales Agents. This is an entry point into the world of insurance sales and a great opportunity for those who are persuasive, professional, and goal-driven.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service preferred
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection professionally
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and self-motivation
• Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a team environment
• Basic computer skills

Preferred but Not Required:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other language)
• Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking systems
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects from provided lead lists
• Introduce the agency and our insurance offerings
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for licensed agents
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture interest
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and outcomes in CRM
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
