Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Alabama Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in personal insurance lines or related fields is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand and solve client inquiries and needs promptly.

Independence: Ability to work independently in a remote setting without sacrificing productivity or quality of work.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication tools.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their personal insurance needs.

Policy Advising: Provide expert advice to clients on personal insurance products and tailor solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Account Management: Monitor and update clients' insurance policies to ensure they are comprehensive and adequate.

Cross-selling Opportunities: Identify prospects for cross-selling insurance products that complement clients' existing policies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations affecting personal insurance lines.
