Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License is required prior to start date.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact positively with clients over the phone and through digital channels.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a strong drive for performance.
  • Customer Service: Passion for helping clients and meeting their unique insurance needs.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM software, and virtual communication platforms.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and personalize insurance solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with a fully remote work environment, including time management and organization skills.
Responsibilities
