Commercial Lines Producer – Build Your Business in Our Community ( Remote Position)

This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for generating and managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and handling commercial insurance policies. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, processing insurance applications, renewals, and claims, and supporting sales efforts. This position offers a base pay + Commissions.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Proven success in commercial lines insurance sales, with a focus on self-generated business.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the local business community.
  • Active involvement in local business organizations and events.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed.
  • Detail-oriented and goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-starter with the ability to be coached and trained.
  • Basic computer and technical proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and professional phone etiquette.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to target and acquire new commercial clients.
  • Network actively in the community to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client risks and insurance requirements.
  • Design and present customized insurance solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide ongoing advice and support to clients, serving as their trusted insurance advisor.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve agency growth objectives.
