Licensing: Active insurance license in Louisiana is required.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with clients.

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve client issues and queries efficiently by providing satisfactory solutions.

Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Organizational Skills: Must be able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team setting, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Policy Management: Assist clients with changes to their insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient handling.

Problem Solving: Analyze client needs and determine appropriate solutions to meet their insurance requirements.

Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, offering support and clarifying procedures.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty with State Farm.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
