Salary Range: $40,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must currently possess an Alaska Property and Casualty License.
- Must have property and casualty insurance experience
- Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and prioritize tasks, responsibilities, etc
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Great Written/Verbal communication skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
- May be required to pass a criminal background check in regard to fraud, financials, and identity theft convictions
- Must have a kick-ass positive attitude and be a great team player
Responsibilities
- Issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Make policy changes, Update customer information, and Take premium payments from customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
