Requirements

Licenses: Valid New York State Property & Casualty License required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Motivated: Ability to work independently with a high degree of motivation and energy.

Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with prospective and current policyholders, understanding their unique insurance requirements and providing informed recommendations.

Policy Customization: Develop personalized insurance solutions to meet the diverse needs of individual clients.

Sales Target: Proactively work towards meeting and exceeding sales objectives and performance goals.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and trust in the company.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better advise clients and seize opportunities.
