Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Management Consultant to join our dynamic accounting team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive financial expertise to provide strategic insights and solutions to our diverse clientele, helping them optimize their financial performance and navigate complex financial landscapes. As a Senior Consultant, you will take the lead on various financial projects, ensuring that client objectives are met through meticulous analysis and recommendations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify their needs, analyze their financial data, and develop actionable strategies that drive growth and efficiency. Your strong communication skills will be essential in presenting findings and recommendations to clients, as well as in training and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical financial knowledge and the ability to think strategically, providing clients with the highest level of service.

Salary Range: $72,091.00 - $98,360.00 per year

Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management consulting, with a proven track record of success in providing strategic financial advice to clients.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of financial management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide sound recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in financial planning and forecasting tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.


Responsibilities
  • Lead financial management consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify financial challenges and opportunities, providing expert advice to enhance their financial strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and actionable plans for clients.
  • Train and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance in best practices and professional development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advances in financial management to provide informed and up-to-date advice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
