Requirements

Licensing: Valid South Carolina Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is required.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.

Customer Service: Excellent ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle queries and issues promptly and effectively.

Sales Ability: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding client base.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized service.

Insurance Consultation: Guide clients in selecting appropriate personal insurance plans that best meet their individual needs.

Policy Management: Assist with policy changes, renewals, and all customer service inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and shifts to offer informed recommendations to clients.

Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales goals by identifying new sales opportunities within the existing client's portfolios.

Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing clients and minimize process disruptions when changes occur.
