In this role, you will be the first contact for the clients, responsible for following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, assisting with renewing policies, processing claims, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in servicing and managing our client base to ensure their assets are protected. A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but will train good individual.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Process customer policy change requests.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.

Assist with customer renewals.
