Salary Based on Experience

• A Property & Casualty license and experience is preferred but will train good individual.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Presents policy renewal options based on client needs and their personal goals.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and client requests within a specified timeframe.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
