Licensing: Hold an active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a similar role is preferred.

Technology Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and other digital communication tools.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional assistance to clients in understanding their policies, guiding them through policy renewals, claims, or other queries.
Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and updated records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients through various channels.
Networking: Develop a network of contacts to help identify new opportunities and maintain relationships with past clients to generate referrals.
