Requirements
  • First 90 days trial base salary $750 per month paid in US Dollars + bonus commission
  • After 90 days base salary will be review and increase + bonus commission unlimited earning potential.
  • Individual who likes to socialize, interested in marketing Insurance products and services based on customer needs.
  • Read and write fluently in English and Vietnamese. All coaching will be noted in English.
  • Individual with goal setting and self-motivated. 
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Offices products (Excel, Words, Outlook, PowerPoint…)
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Contact existing and new customers to find their needs and introduce the right type of Insurance necessary to solve their problems.
  • Do online marketing, on Facebook, and various social media networks to attract new customers.
  • All contact with customers will be by phone, email, text message, or meet face to face via online webinar. Some in-person meetings may be required. 
  • Prospects for new business in Medicare, Health, Life, Home, Auto, and Commercial through advertising
  • Set appointments and meet with potential clients to help identify and meet client’s needs
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sale presentations, follow up new leads, and close sales. 
  • Cross sell existing customers with new products when the opportunity arises.
  • Establishing referral relationships with professionals from different industries.
  • Once Sale Agent have established themselves, many will also take on additional leadership responsibility that starts with being a mentor and could lead to running a corporate sales office and even becoming a partner in the organization.
