Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role is preferred.

Certification: ASE certification or relevant technical certification is a plus.

Knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems and technology to diagnose and repair vehicles.

Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks with precision and accuracy.

Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment and standing for extended periods.

Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Tools: Possess a basic set of automotive tools to perform job duties effectively.

Vehicle Diagnostics: Perform thorough inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.

Repair and Maintenance: Complete repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks following manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures.

Documentation: Accurately document all services performed and parts used for each vehicle.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and service recommendations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and customer expectations.
