• ·        Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to maintain a disciplined daily calendar and task list in a multi-tasking environment. 
• ·        Must be bondable - background check required
• ·        Competency with computers and office equipment, familiarity with MS-Office and Internet
• ·        PART TIME position requires work in office during regular business hours
• ·        Insurance License a plus but not required, will help qualified candidate with licensing
• ·        Must enjoy phone and face-to-face communication with people

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in APEX.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
