Sherman Insurance Agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our commercial lines department. We are looking for someone who is well-organized and has strong communication skills.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
High level of ethics and professionalism
1+ years of experience in the insurance industry
2+ years experience in customer service
Knowledge with AMS360 helpful but not required
Property and Casualty license helpful but not required
Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of support to our account manager team
Complete renewal request, endorsements, and daily task to support our customers
Responsible for monthly reports, driver checks and issuing ID Cards
Can Identify and prioritize task and able to bring bigger issues to management if needed
Ability to keep accurate records and documentation
Work in a team environment
