Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

You must live in Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky.

Licensing: An active insurance license is essential, with a preference for candidates holding both life and health insurance licenses.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in insurance sales is highly advantageous.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients and colleagues.

Customer Focused: Commitment to providing superior service and addressing customer needs effectively.

Remote Work Skills: Proven ability to work independently and remain productive in a fully remote environment.

Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and strategies for success.

Technology Proficiency: Competent in using CRM systems and online communication platforms to facilitate client interactions and internal communications.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively interact with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Policy Design: Create tailored insurance policies that cater to the unique circumstances of each client.

Sales Strategy: Implement and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Cross-promotion: Identify opportunities for cross-selling to enhance customers' insurance portfolios.

Customer Support: Provide attentive and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to provide relevant and timely insurance solutions.
