We are a Farmers President's Council agency looking to add our next Top Sales Representative. You will be a key player at our Farmer's Insurance office which is proud to be the best in the business! We are looking for our new sales representative to recruit new clients and educate them about their insurance program. 

Salary Range: $33,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• A current Property & Casualty license is preferred but will work with motivated individuals to obtain.

• Meet daily sales activity metrics through a variety of methods including cold calling, generating referrals, and cross selling current clients.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, prospecting, and client records.
• Accurately prepare quotes and make appropriate coverage recommendations to existing and new clients.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately onboard new policies. 
• Accurately and professionally service current client accounts.
• Professionally represent agency to clients, prospects, and our community.
