A Day in the Life of a Protégé Agent:
Develop Leads & Build Relationships: Consistently prospect to identify customer needs, schedule appointments, and market appropriate insurance products.
Networking & Referral Building: Foster meaningful relationships that turn into long-term clients. Engage in networking, cold calling, and use referrals to grow your client base.
Mentorship: Work alongside an experienced mentor agent who will guide you through the process of becoming a top-performing insurance agent.
Client Support: Handle client calls and emails regarding coverage, policy changes, and claims, ensuring excellent customer service.
Record Keeping & Organization: Maintain accurate client records, organize documents, and follow up to ensure smooth client interactions.
